We have built a streamlined system to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective way to get your shirts in your hands, so please understand that in store visits actually make the process longer due to the unprepared nature and interruption to our daily production.
In saying that, we will never turn our back on a customer, however all in-store assistance will be charged a $25 fee per half hour.
Because we work with such a range of suppliers that offer thousands of different products, there is no way we can have all styles/sizes/colours in store as samples.
We do however have samples of our most common products (AS Colour ‘Staple/Maple/Barnard/Sunday’ T-shirts & Singlets) for you to check out. Outside of this, AS Colour have a shop located at 2478 Gold Coast Highway
Mermaid Beach where you can visit to see the whole range if you wish.
If there is a product from a different supplier that you wish to see, we will be more than happy to order and have a sample delivered to you (Costs incurred).
DTG print jobs run on a standard 2 – 5 business day turnaround.
For a basic screen printing order with no add-on services, the standard turnaround time is 8 – 10 business days.
Any additional add-on services extend your turnaround time, depending on the nature of your services.

Yes as long as the design is the same and the size of the print can fit on all styles.
However please note that extra charges may be incurred if colour changes are required.
Files should be vector form; we prefer: EPS, AI or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, PNG or JPG and created to scale.
Nope! We’ll keep a record of your design files and print details, so reordering is simple and easy.
Yes, we can custom mix and sample swatch your pantone colour requests.
No, we do not print on customer supplied blanks and there’s a few reasons behind this;
1. We need to know the fabric we are printing on to achieve optimum results.
2. It streamlines the process by having us supply.
3. We save you money.

Yes, we source stock from every major manufacturer. Just let us know what you’re interested in printing on and we’ll see if we can make it happen!

We love getting out and meeting our customers which is why we provide free local delivery every Tuesday for all orders over $200.
Delivery area is within 20km radius of Screenlab HQ in Lawrence Dr, Nerang.
After you have approved your quote, you will receive an invoice requiring full upfront payment to proceed and have your job scheduled.
We have the option of online payments via debit/credit card or direct deposit.
