You may notice a subtle mark or discolouration as a result of the printing process. Don’t be alarmed as this is just the result of the heat press used to bond the print and ensure longevity.
This is normal and will disappear once the fabric is washed and settled.
Our DTF Hyperflex prints have been tested up to 50 washes as long as washing guidelines are strictly observed. Some prints last longer and are worn for many years.
Golden Rule: Cold wash only!
There are a couple of ways. You can either find your previous saved designs from within the tshirt designer. Look for ‘My Saved Designs’ in the left hand designer tool bar. Otherwise, another simple way if you hadnt saved your design is to find your past order from with your account, and simple click the ‘Edit Design’ text. This will load up your previous designed item to allow you to change the product / update sizes etc using the previous design.
We don’t have any! You can order just 1 custom item if you like.

Files should be vector form; we prefer: EPS, AI or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, PNG or JPG and created to scale. For more information, please see our Artwork Guidelines page

No. We will try our best to match your colours, however, as a general rule of thumb, the colours will be printed as how it would be if you were to print your design on a piece of paper.

Artwork
We use Standard print sizes and scale your artwork to match the mock-up. Our experienced printers will place your design in the best location for the style and size you have chosen. Including centring and straightening where appropriate. To request specific print sizes, special positions or specific measurements, add detailed comments to your order at checkout within the print notes section.

Print methods
There aren’t many things our incredible DTF process can’t achieve! However, when choosing the colours for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific colour profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colours on a printed product.
Because of this, we can’t guarantee colour accuracy 100%. Consider the following factors:
- When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour. The same colour value will look a little different on when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same colour value will look different when printed on a light vs. dark coloured garment.
- The two most popular colour spaces are RGB and CMYK. RGB has a wider gamut (the range of colours that can be expressed) and print files made in RGB can be saved as png files. CMYK, on the other hand, is the colour space used when printing. Our printers automatically convert your submitted print files from RGB to CMYK, and this conversion changes the colour gamut. That’s why we suggest you design your file within the CMYK colour space, but convert the file to RGB before saving. For best possible accuracy, convert the file to sRGB colour profile, sRGB IEC61966-2.1 to be exact. This way your colours will stay within the gamut. Most editing programs have this colour profile as default.
If colour accuracy is important to you, we suggest ordering our pre-made colour swatches on a sample product. You can use those swatches to decide which RGB values best compare to the desired results when printed on a physical product.
All orders are printed via DTF (direct to film) which is a Hybrid finish between DTG and transfer printing. Our one is called Hyper Flex.
