Direct to Garment Printing

Just wanting that one t-shirt printed and sick of being told you need a minimum? Well thanks to the latest in Direct to garment technology, it turns out we can get it done for you. And get it done quick!

Whatever the design, we can print it.

Direct to Garment is a modern printing technique that uses a textile inkjet printer to print your design onto cotton fabrics using water based inks. DTG printed shirts have a soft feel to them and are perfect for small jobs that may require full color printing. DTG Printing has been evolving and improving over the last 10+ years. At Screenlab, however, we have waited patiently for the technology to advance to a level that meets the high standards we hold for our customers. We strive to provide our customers with nothing but top notch products and, after a great deal of technology testing, prototyping and development, we are excited to offer this service to you!
No minimum

We have no minimum order required. Perfect for gifts, small businesses and sample prints.

No set up fees

DTG printing requires no artwork colour separation or any film and screen set-up fees which in turn gives us the ability to have them printed in no time!

Consistent quality

DTG Printers are as consistent & precise as…well…a printer! High quality images printed consistently each time you order!

Highest quality possible
Bright, rich colours

We operate using only the top of the line Brother GTX printers. We are able to maintain all of the colours that your photograph or artwork has on screen with minimal loss of resolution, detail, or color.

Prints you need to touch
Soft Prints

With the use of environmentally friendly water based inks and the combination of using the right materials & pre-treatment processes allows us to achieve prints that are soft to the touch and more importantly the wearer of the garment.

What's our turnaround? Do we have minimums?

If you have any questions regarding our printing process, file types or turn around times, chances are we’ve come across it once or twice before, so take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions. It could save you some time and maybe a few dollars.

File handling tips

  • We can make most files work, however we always recommend providing high resolution files (300dpi is ideal) in either png, pdf, eps, or ai format
  • Photographs work best with DTG printing
  • If using vector graphics, please make sure all text is converted to outlines

What to avoid

  • Images from the internet, they are usually of poor quality and may even be infringing copyright laws.
  • Screenshot images and anything that will turn into a bunch of squares when enlarged.
