Unlike others, we’ve kept things simple. No setup fees, no minimums, full colour, and gang sheets!
Whether you can fit one image, ten, or twenty on there, you will only pay for the sheet, providing the best way to minimise per print costs and maximise profits!

Turnaround Information;
– Orders < 20 sheets & placed before 12pm will be printed & dispatched the same day (After 12pm will be next day dispatch).
– Orders > 20 sheets will be printed & dispatched within 3 business days.
Artwork Upload Information;
– Please be absolute sure that your uploaded artwork is correct as we do not review any orders prior to production. However your artwork is uploaded is exactly what will be printed.
– Any designs that have fine line work or fonts etc that are LESS THAN 1mm is not guaranteed to press. In this case, it is best that you alter and correct the design (ie. thicken, add stroke etc) before placing an order.
– Sometimes certain colours don’t translate well when printed digitally (Most commonly, lighter shades of blue and green tones), so if colour accuracy is absolutely critical then please refer to our Artwork Guidelines page for further detail.

Application Temperature: 160 C
Application Time: 10-15 Seconds (Polyester garments = 5 Seconds)
Application Pressure: Medium / 45psi
Peel Temperature: COLD
* SECOND PRESS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO IMPROVE LONGEVITY/WASHABILITY AND A SOFTER MATTE FINISH *
Wash Instructions – DO NOT;
– Wash over 40 degrees
– Iron print
– Use fabric softener
– Tumble dry
Basically, COLD wash only!
PLEASE NOTE: The above instructions are to be used as a guideline only. These are Screenlab tried and tested settings and methods that we feel are a great all rounder. However we all have different variables we work with (Garment brands, machinery, factory environment etc), therefore it is always recommended to test and trial your own methods and processes should you feel something’s not quite right.
Remember, we have no minimums, so you can always just order a sample sheet as a tester!
